'Spending'

Before Gypsy arrived the thing I thought would be hardest was 'spending' (toilet training).  Guide dogs have to use a small pen and nowhere else - not on walks or in the garden.

Well, so far, she has been a star!  She takes herself there, through the kitchen and long, narrow utility room - then trots back to me for a treat!  Sometimes I don't realise she has 'been' until she trots back in and sits by my feet looking angelic!  I try to follow her to give the commands as she has to be able to 'go' on command if we are out for a long time.

I'm loving having this pup! 

(Guide Dogs are short of Puppy Walkers - I would highly recommend it!  ;D ;D ;D )
